i’m cris – a certified pilates instructor with a passion for intentional movement, core strength, and helping clients build resilience from the inside out. my fitness journey began over eight years ago, and pilates quickly became my true focus. after extensive training and certifications in mat and reformer pilates, i’m now just steps away from completing my comprehensive certification with balanced body. i’m currently diving into training on the other pilates apparatuses, excited to expand my knowledge and bring even more variety to my sessions.
